聚合物乳液稳定性测定方法
1 钙离子稳定性：人们常常用聚合物承受钙离子的能力表示其承受电解质的能力.测试方法为：在20ml的刻度试管中,加入16ml聚合物乳液试样,再加入4ml(0.5%的Cacl2)溶液,摇匀,静置48h(小时)若不出现凝胶且无分层现象,则钙离子稳定性合格.
2 机械稳定性：先将乳液试样用100目滤网过滤,然后用小型高速分数机以每分钟4000转的速度高速分散10分钟,然后用100目滤网过滤,若不出现凝胶,则乳液的机械稳定性好.
3 冻融稳定性：将聚合物乳70g装入100g容积塑料瓶中,放入冰箱置冷,冷冻15h(小时),再在30℃条件下熔化5h,就这样反复冻融,每经过一次不破乳,冻融指数就增加1,冻融指数越高,冻融稳定性越好.
4 　高温稳定性 将200g乳液试样装入瓶中,盖好瓶盖,在60℃恒温5昼夜,若没有发生变化,则乳液高温稳定性好
